If you find any clothes or footwear, damaged or missing after receiving your laundry, you can contact us on our email id – firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp number – 9430347600. After reviewing your complaint we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. After negotiating the amount the refund will be initiated.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
